Business Development Manager. Commercial Solicitor (5+ PQE). An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Solicitor (5+ PQE) at Associate level to join an established firm in the West Midlands area who are expanding their Commercial Services Department.
As Commercial Solicitor you will have extensive knowledge in all Commercial matters including drafting and advising on terms and conditions (T&C’s), supplying contracts, leasing and concession agreements, outsourcing projects and Public and Private Partnerships. You will have at least 5 years PQE in this area. You will assist with the development of the Firm’s commercial law expertise, therefore you will demonstrate the ability to network within the business community, contribute ideas to the Firm’s marketing strategy, implementing agreed initiatives, and identify and initiate cross-selling opportunities. Therefore it is essential that you will have a proven track record and ability to market and develop business.
