Cost Draftsman
at Service Care Legal (Anywhere)
Costs Draftsman. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Costs Draftsman to join an established firm in the Bristol area.
As a Costs Draftsman you will have experience and knowledge in all areas of Costs Draftsman matters including preparing and drafting schedules & bills of costs, negotiating on defendant and claimant costs, preparing part 8 claims and preparing points of dispute and reply. Demonstrating a good knowledge and understanding of costs case law and Costs Draftsman is required. As a Costs Draftsman you will also have involvement in advising lawyers and fee earners. You will need to demonstrate evidence of a proven track record of success in your previous Cost Draftsman roles.
